Who am I?
Maya Rolston, MSc Sports Nutrition, BSc Nutrition (ANutr, SENr).
My name is Maya, and I am a British qualified Nutritionist and Sport & exercise Nutritionist based in Hong Kong, working online.
I’m on a mission to drown out the misinformation and noise that surrounds the Nutrition industry and set you on the right track for good.
In reading this, I hope this is the beginning of your journey to a life free of fad-diets, short term fixes and any stress or uncertainty you may have about your Nutrition.
When I started my health & fitness journey, I didn’t have anyone to guide or support me, so I’ve worked hard to become the person that I once needed.
That’s why I have launched ‘The Performance Method’, a 1-1 Nutrition coaching program for women looking to lose fat without going on another restrictive diet.
I worked with Maya in the months leading up to my wedding. I have always been an active person, but felt that my eating habits could change. Maya helped me find a balance between being mindful of what I was consuming while still enjoying life. These are skills that I still carry with me today.
